Top Management

In Alaali Contracting Takes the Lead Role To ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is electively implemented, the top management undertakes the following responsibilities:

1. The top management appoints a Management Representative (MR) who daily reports to the top management about the performance of QMS and any need of improvement if required.

2. To review QMS annually to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and electiveness.

3. To enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

Customer Satisfaction

Alaali Contracting makes sure that each requirement of our clients is systematically and properly met through our quality services. For this, we follow the below mentioned measures:
Alaali Contracting performs regular customer survey by using customer feedback form.
– Customer feedbacks are reviewed and discussed during management reviews where the needful corrective and preventive actions can be initiated.
– Customer complaints are properly handled and recorded as per the documented mechanism of Corrective and Preventive Procedure.
